These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pi AI Content Strategist app ("the App") provided by Pi Fabricators, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Pi AI Content Strategist is an AI-powered blog content generation tool for Shopify merchants. The App uses artificial intelligence to help you create, edit, and publish blog posts for your online store.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The App offers the following subscription tiers:

Billing

All billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the App or your Shopify admin
Usage limits reset monthly based on your billing cycle

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

4. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer

Content generated by the App is produced using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publication
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it to your store
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, original, or free from errors
You should fact-check any claims, statistics, or references in generated content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content generated using the App
You grant us no rights to your generated content beyond what is necessary to provide the service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any purpose other than generating blog content for your Shopify store

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
The App depends on third-party services (Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Anthropic Claude, DataForSEO, Supabase) which may experience their own downtime
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, Shopify platform issues, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

We store your content data to provide the service
We do not collect your customers' personal data
All data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling the App

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from content you publish using the App

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
